The Albert Hall Museum, established in 1876, is the oldest museum in Rajasthan, located in Ram Niwas Garden, Jaipur. With the concept of a concert hall at its core and an inspiration taken from the Victoria and Albert Hall in London, the museum is a specimen of Indo-Saracenic architecture.
It is also known as the Government Central Museum, and it consists of 16 galleries filled with an array of collections that include old coins, pots, rugs, marble work, and even mummies from Egypt.
The sandstone structure of the museum is very beautiful when viewed at night due to the light-up domes and decorative arches, but even more beautiful are the gardens around it, which offer a relaxing spot for visitors.
It is one of the top tourist places in Jaipur for people interested in culture and history.
